Masana at Homely Escape

The host, Koketso was excellent and the unit was clean, fresh and comfortable.

Pros: We appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the unit though it was very humid inside but at least we could enjoy a comfortable good night’s sleep with the aircon in the bedroom.

Cons: The water of the shower was cold.

The host gave us a warm welcome. The place was secure and we had a pleasant stay.

Pros: Friendly staff. The place is safe and secure. It was also easy to find the place.

Pros: The place was superb , the host Koketso was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit the place again. Indeed this was home away from home .

Pros: That it is like home. It has all the equipment and essentials to make you feel at home. The host Koketso was always available whoever we needed anything.

Cons: The shower head was leaking, the could not provide us with an ironing board, they said it is broken. The airconditioner is only in the bedroom and none on the living area and the location is extremely hot.

Our stay was wonderful. We were not rushed to check out, ended up extending our stay by another day.

Pros: Masana is a selfcatering facility. The gas stove works wonders. All the utensils, pots, pans, types of glasses and plates were new, stylish and clean. Microwave and fridge were in great condition, cleaned and well kept. The property is very secure and there are only few apartments, therefore the sense of security is noted. Plenty of parking. Bedding was refreshed each day.

Cons: Remember to close the gate via remote, it does not close automatically. The TV requires your own netflix login details, I guess a number of establishments are doing so these days. If one does not have a persona account for the smart TV, it would be an unpleasant experience. Please consider a property account.

Pros: My stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. The bed was super comfortable with soft, high-quality bedding and towels. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the reception team was professional and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more—highly recommend!
