Comfortable one bedroom

Pros: It was big and spacious. Lovely for a long term stay

Cons: We had issues with the other info at the start. It wasn’t working. The apartment was not properly checked before check in. So the dishwasher was not plugged into a plug. They did however help remedy this quickly when reported . So that was great. We wil stay there again. Lizette did her best to try and help fix what needing fixing. The reception staff (Cisco) is not very helpful though . The lady was lovely.

It was a good stay

Pros: The room had everything you needed and if you wanted to host a smaller party you could.

Cons: However it does not get sunlight so in winter its cold. However Lizelle the host gave us extra heaters an electric blanket.

Pros: The staff is well trained and professional. In particular a gentleman by the name of Mlungisi, he handled the admin with such pleasure

Cons: It didn’t have Aircon’s or heating systems

Pros: It's clean, well-located, and everything works as expected. Great place overall!

Cons: The apartment was too cold, and the heater was too small. Installing an air conditioner might be a better option.

Wonderful stay, except for the operational chaos.

Pros: The check-in took 45 minutes from the time we queued at the reception desk until we got to the apartment. Although there are multiple work stations at the reception desk, only one is used for Menlyn Maine guests, the other 2 were sitting idle while the queue was getting longer. The allocated parking bays do not exist anymore, and many people ended up driving around in circles. We were lucky that we eventually bumped into the lady from the reception desk - she had come out realising the chaos that was going on in the basement parking - and she offered her personal parking bay to us. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Great and convenient stay with all modern facilities. A few elements of aid or guidance for older folk in the apartment

Pros: It was a lovely and comfortable stay . We were 2 pensioners staying at this hotel as our son was in hospital across the road . We had some difficulty in finding the parking bay , needs better numbers displayed as it’s not easy to see on the floor. And the host at reception didn’t give clear directions . Also we had difficulty in operating the tv in the room. A simple guide would be appreciated. And a tad bit noisy at night .. Overall a great stay a very convenient location.

Pros: I liked the safety, cleanliness of the building, and also the environment near the apartments.

Cons: There was some awefull smell in the kitchen.

Pros: I liked how clean the environment was, the staff was amazing and friendly. The price was reasonable and affordable.

Cons: Not having enough or extra tissue and I had to ask at the front desk which they said I should ask my host while I had a running tummy that was annoying and embarrassing experience, so I argue that the host should make sure the is extra tissue etc for inconveniences. Overall the place was amazing 😍

Perfect home away from home sans the WiFi

Pros: It was clean, well appointed and decorated and the bed is sooooo comfortable.

Cons: The WiFi was inconsistent. Couldn’t use the TV and other devices at times due to this.

Pros: Very nice layout with very nice amenities. Linking to netflix was a bonus. The interior decor is very nice and makes one feel very good.

Cons: The apartment was very cold and there was only a small blow heater that worked on and off for two minutes. It didn't really help so I didn't end up using it. Winter sheets and a warmer blanket in winter would be appreciated.
