Pros: It was great value for money and it was closer to many facilities

Cons: I tried calling before my check in time but no one answered but luckily I was able to self check in smoothly

Pros: Everyone was friendly including the security guards and the cleaners. The place is so peaceful and beautiful ❤️

Struggled with a dysfunctional lift

Pros: It was a fairly good place. We were traveling with our 16 years old disabled daughter who's using a wheelchair. Only to find the lifts to our room were not working on our arrival. So my husband had to carry her on his back to the 1st floor. Thanks God they made a plan for us to be able to get to the ground floor the following day. 🙏🏽

Pros: Place was quiet, and big enough for my family. Enjoyed watching Netflix, good network connection. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant.

Cons: More cleaning is needed in the kitchen. Dishwashing clothes were not clean. Saw a few coachroches. Shower head needs replacement did not enjoy showering. Had to pay an extra R200 for a cot without a mattress. It was too hot and there's no aircon or fan
