A great stop over location with a warm welcome and great breakfast

Pros: The location- very convenient stop over on the way to the airport with the added bonus of being opposite a great bar and restaurant for our evening meal

Cons: The bed was very squeaky

Lovely country cottage

Pros: I liked the large spacious rooms and bathrooms, loved the electric blanket, gas heater and heater fan. Liked the extra rusks, the lovely chopped fruit at breakfast. I did like the cows walking around nearby.

Cons: Did not like the bathroom & kitchen faucets, they just don't seem to be working very well. Did not like the 2 steps down into the 2nd bathroom, did not like the size of the TV, it could be larger for that space. Did not like having to open and close the property gate, because the latch on the gate is so difficult to use. Did not like having the cleaning lady knock at our door at 9am on departure day, telling us that check out is 9am. That is unusually early, normally check out is 10 or 11am. I did not really like the fact that when i asked about breakfast plans and where to go for breakfast, the owner was not aware that we had booked with 'breakfast included'. It is a bit embarrassing having to take out your booking.com app, to prove this fact. I originally booked the family chalet option. During the time before my trip, the venue advised that we would be in 2 separate bedrooms instead. I did not understand how it was possible to change our booking without our consent, I had to explain why I had booked the chalet, as we were 2 lady friends traveling together, we wanted to share the kitchen/lounge space and communal areas, but not a bedroom. We were finally given the chalet after all. These are small issues, we did enjoy our stay.

Will stay here again, but for longer than a 1 night stopover.

Pros: Clean, comfortable chalet with covered patio. The hosts and staff were very helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast included.

A cozy, neat and clean place with all the facilities I needed for my overnight

Pros: The property exceeded my expectations. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable with everything you may need provided. Staff were also friendly and breakfast served on time.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff!

Pros: Very conveniently located within the town, breakfast was great and served by friendly staff!

Cons: There isn’t a property gate to be closed at night which means that there was easy access into the property and to the cars. There were safety doors but we weren’t given the key to be able to lock it.

Kings B&B was a wonderful little place to stay at for one night.

Pros: Breakfast was varied and well cooked. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I couldn't take part in any of the activities listed because I only stayed for one night, but it was interesting that there was so much to do.

Cons: The room itself was smaller than I thought it would end up being and there wasn't a dining table inside the room to eat if I needed to. There was also not a kitchen cloth to clean a spill I made because the milk was in a bottle instead of something made for pouring.
