A peaceful retreat

Pros: I stayed here because I had an early flight to Cape Town . The place is neat the airport.I had a wonderful night's rest. The rooms are well set out and met my requirements. The staff are super, friendly ,helpful and go the extra mile to make sure all guests needs are met. I will definitely return

Cons: There was nothing I did not like

Pros: The warm welcome we received and also they strive to please their customers. Excited that there are new developments in the pipeline.

Our host Lebo was extremely accommodating. They arranged for us to braai even though they do not yet offer braai facilit

Pros: It is a brand new property. So everything is neat, clean and in excellent condition. The colour scheme of white and green made everything feel fresher and cooler.

Cons: Nothing.

I enjoyed a comfortable night in super-clean, white, surroundings.

Pros: The room was pristine, completely adequate for a 1 night stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Most important: the bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Cons: I did not like that the light went on in the bathroom every time I moved on the bed. And once in the bathroom, it went off too quickly unless I moved around. I do, however, understand the practicality of such a system. Also, the bathroom is OK for 1 traveller, but for 2 people it would be far too small.

The stuff is well trained on customer service which made my stay very pleasant.

Pros: The place was magnificent. From the interior design, very classy. I loved that everything was predominantly white. From the bedding, sheets, carpets...🫠🫠 Comfort as well. And as someone who is a frequent traveler, cleanliness and comfort are my top priority and the M Guest house gave me that and more. The communication from the lady at the reception as well. She told me ahead of my arrival when I was arranging for the airport shuttle services that they had clients telling them that they had struggled with Google maps when searching for the location of the place and she immediately shared their location via WhatsApp.

Pros: Es war ruhig und sehr angenehm. Für 2 bis 3 Tage vor dem Abflug und zur Stadttour ist es ideal. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Cons: Wir waren alleine in der Anlage, was etwas deprimierend war. Kann keiner was dafür, aber nicht ganz so schön.

A home away from home.

Pros: We had a wonderful time at The M Guesthouse. We felt at home. Aus'Lebo was lovely and willing to assist us. The rooms were clean and breakfast delicious 😋. We even came back for another night 😁.

Cons: The auto switch timer for the bathroom light in our room should be extended a little longer.
