The name sums it up perfectly - Utopia! It really is a little piece of paradise.

Pros: We love this house and try and stay here every time we come to the area. It’s an art-filled little paradise and is our gateway stopover before Kruger and the official start of our holiday. The family are so nice and we enjoyed chatting and getting to know them. Their artistic talent knows no bounds!

Cons: We honestly can’t fault it.

Pros: Stunning property in a great location. Stunning views, gracious host. The Breakfast area has beautiful views and was delicious. They catered for everything we may have needed.

Cons: Perhaps one bigger bath towel would have been great.

Piece of heaven in the Lowveld

Pros: What a piece of heaven in the Lowveld. Patricia and her daughter make you feel at home straight away, the breakfast was exceptional, and the view exquisite.

Pros: During my first stay at Utopia in Africa Guest Villa, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The beautiful artwork adorning the walls and the inviting bookshelves contributed to a cozy atmosphere. My room offered breathtaking views, and I captured some stunning sunrise photos during my stay. Each morning, I enjoyed breakfast on the patio, surrounded by the tranquil mountain scenery, which set a calm and relaxed tone for the day ahead. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The four-legged furry friends that came to greet me were an absolute delight and quickly became new companions. They were always eager for doggie treats, adding to the warm and welcoming environment. Overall, it was a memorable stay that I would gladly experience again.

Cons: I had a bit of a struggle with the television connection on the first night, but this was soon resolved, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my stay without any distractions

Lovely stay with a beautiful view.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Utopia in Africa Guest Villages. The room was extremely spacious and clean with a balcony with a nice view. The staff were very gracious about accomodating our late arrival and were very kind. My daughter loved the dogs. The breakfast was very good.

Cons: My only request would be more fresh fruit with breakfast.
