Exceptional family or large group holiday destination. Feels luxurious, private and a little indulgent but in a good way

Pros: The size, location and ‘Wow’ factor was simply sensational. Made for a wonderful family holiday even though the weather wasn’t ideal. Yet, the grandeur of the setting was matched by the personal and genuine attention of Jonathan, the on site staff member who was unobtrusive yet very attentive.

Cons: Simply not much. The pool pump was loud on the first evening and died in the morning. However Jonathan very quickly arranged for it to be replaced the same day and it was up and running quietly by the evening.

Lovely, relaxing few days with no need to go anywhere else.

Pros: Beautiful house, lovely view, tranquil and relaxing, wonderful staff! Jonathan was very attentive and made our stay extra special.

We were three, each with luxurious en-suites and we were all blown away. Thanks for the privilege!

Pros: This was an absolute haven in the beautiful bush with every amenity one could wish for - pure luxury, graciously overseen by Jonathan.

Cons: Could suggest detailed paper maps of the area in the game vehicle. There was one for Cyferforntein, but not Mabilingwe. We did get 'lost' but in a fun kind of way, since the boundaries are never too far away.

Awesome

Pros: The layout of the house, the bedrooms all face the swimming pool. It was spacious. Lots of utensils.The malva pudding baked for us on arrival. Yummy.

Cons: Their supplier for the breakfast pack, it arrived late always and some days it was just eggs and crossaint. I think they just got an unprofessional unreliable person who'll ruin their business if they keep using them. Other than everything was perfect.

Pros: Absolutely everything!! Especially Jonathan he was brilliant

Cons: The game vehicle didn’t want to start we had to jump start it to be able to use it. There was a power problem but they did try really hard to get it fixed.

Cons: The stairs into the loft bedrooms should have a railing and reduce the incline of the stairs ladder abit

Pros: Great place to stay - with great facilities (Backup power and water). Heated pool was great for the kids.

Tranquil, luxurious and wonderful venue, will be back!

Pros: Well appointed accommodation, private with a great entertaining area, overlooking the reserve with incredible views. The staff were amazing and super friendly, thank you Jonathan! Facilities were great and hiring the vehicle is a must - no need to book drives with main camp if you do. What a great experience.

Cons: Internal park gates only open at 6am and pre booked game walk with the main camp sets out at 6am, so we missed it, as it takes 30mins to get to the main camp.
