Amazing!

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay! From the very first moment, Helga gave us the warmest welcome. We had a very long journey and arrived quite tired, even a little past the official check-in time, but she kindly waited for us without any hesitation. That already meant so much. She personally showed us our room, which was absolutely lovely. Everything was spotless and beautifully prepared. There were chocolates on the bed, coffee and tea available, and even some delicious biscuits waiting for us, such thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The shower was also incredibly comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. And the next morning, she surprised us again by preparing two breakfast bags for the road, knowing we would continue our journey early. That level of care and attention is rare and truly special. Everything was perfect. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. I would love to come back anytime ❤️

Pros: Really cozy clean room in a really nice location. Nice contact with the owner too. Dullstroom is so cozy and we’re happy this was our first stopover of our trip to exploring Panorama Route.

Pros: It had everything that we needed and more. The house was clean, warm and homey. Cleaning services came in daily.

Cons: The towels were a little bit dirty. Although they were washed, there were old brown stains on some of them.

Pre-Christmas in Dullstroom

Pros: A perfect stop over in lovely Dullstroom. A beautiful room and communal areas for relaxing in - with TV, comfy chairs and access to coffees etc. Dulstroom is very safe, but Cinzaco has secure gates too. Within walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect!

my stay was good enjoy the place the style of the town . we check out before check out date .

Pros: The treatment was Good and welcoming . unfortunatly we cheack out before cheack out date . we face famaly situation That lead us to leave the place . it was a good place for ralaxing .

Pros: Helga was super friendly and accommodating, we were welcomed after a long drive with a friendly face and she made sure we knew where to go around town. When we left we were surprised with a little take away breakfast. We’ll definitely be back, thank you Cinzaco team.
