My stay was short hence comfortable

Pros: I didn't have breakfast. The location was good.

Cons: The air conditioning was not up to anticipated standards

Pros: The Duty manager he's a nice guy, professional and very helpful. Made our stay very easy and comfortable.

Breathtaking

Pros: upstairs room had a very beautiful dam view and the kids play area, the establishment is close to the dam, the waterpark, the shopping centers and restaurants. Quiet location and great staff. The rooms were cleaned everyday.

Cons: Nothing. Loved my stay

Perfect location, great hospitality, and good for families.

Pros: Perfect location with a family room that can accommodate up to six people. There’s also a play area on the premises for kids. The kids absolutely enjoyed themselves, too.

Cons: We loved our stay. Just be mindful that the bathrooms are in a separate area from the family room (as we experienced), especially if you are traveling with small kids. Also, be aware of the open pool (if traveling with small children). Otherwise, we appreciated the hospitality and location and are definitely coming back.

Pros: The hospitality, friendliness proactiveness and good management welcoming we ever received from the first manager and Arnold until we checked out will never be forgotten. The Dam View brings up a sense of life and one forgets about life problems. My contacts loved what they saw from my status and are planning to come to 🌞 Deck as well soon. Whenever I am around harties Sun 🌞 Deck Lodge will be my accommodation🙏

Cons: At least make provision of wardrobes then all of your rooms will be user friendly even if it can be single door it doesn't matter. Anyway keep up the good standard and a good job you are doing the team.

Pros: Kingsley was awesome upon arrival and departure. He even volunteered to go buy me items was in short of, with his own transport.

Cons: Shared bathrooms. Some visitors cannot clean their mess and allow time for other users.

Pros: There was a male person whom welcomed us , very friendly and easy to talk to. What stood out for me was that when I came back to the room late in the evening the room was warm, how thoughtful of him to switch on the air conditioning for us. I loved it there. I’d recommend it and come back again

Cons: That I had to pay for parking, didn’t make sense.

Pros: The room was comfortable and the space was enough for me and my partner . The pool was a very very lovely place to be together with the garden . The staff was friendly and informative.

Cons: Nothing.
