Pros: The place, neatness and the helpfulness of the staff

Cons: Noisy guests. When one is on holiday, one needs to rest. Other patrons treated the dining area as if they are the only people. People needs to learn to share space and resources

My stay was comfortable and pleasant

Pros: The stay was short as I booked over-night to attend a funeral close by, so I did not explore the hotel as much as I would have loved to. But the hotel itself is clean and has great modern finishes. The rooms are spacious and everything promised on the add was there. The place is well maintained and the cleaning staff do a great job

Cons: There is not much that I did not like. Although I would recommend that some playground is added in order to accommodate the children staying with the parents.

Pros: The premium quadruple room was perfect for the small kids to share with the parents, also that the toilet has a door for privacy. Having the beds separated in that manner was convenient. The beds were so comfortable, and provided beautiful sleep for our group.

Pros: The place has been good to me.Except there are no other activities.

Cons: Add other activities and the breakfast wasn't to my satisfaction.

Lovely Stay on solo stay.

Pros: I liked that the property is located next to the road, Security is prioritized. The room was clean and the staff is very friendly. All the required items are provided for. Everything worked out well. Warm water and a very clean bathroom with clean towels.

Cons: There wasn't much i didn't like as all the basics were provided. The iron was placed in the foyer with a microwave oven encase you need to use them. All was great. Dinner options should be looked at to have a bit of variety and drinks.

Only few things that needs attention, I'm happy, I wouldn't mind to recomment it to anyone

Pros: The gate keeper was on point 👌everytime when you exit or enter, you don't wait, not even seconds. Keep it up

Cons: 1. There's no rubbish bins outside 2. Please invest on buying more Outdoor chairs & Umbrella at the swimming pool 3. Each room must have a Microwave On our last night of checking out, the plugs were not working. We couldn't iron our clothes nor charging our phones. No staff member came & explain what was wrong with the plugs until we check out in the morning

Pros: Good environment welcoming and no crowd only few people

Cons: The surrounding flowers, pool the place is clean and organized .If you need to rest after a strenuous work or when need relax,that's the place no lot of people there.Privacy is guaranteed.

Pros: The room was clean,the staff was lovely and helpful

Cons: WiFi was not working,and the open view TV was also not helpful,need an upgrade on that,it's boring

Pros: The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons: I requested for a romantic setup and got a reply theat it will be provided but nothing was prepared upon our arrival
