Perfect for my needs

Pros: My second stay there for an awkward airport layover (9am til 7am the next day). They are perfectly set up for this, collect you from the airport as part of the booking cost; room is instantly available so you can shower and change and they have a simple but filling and tasty dinner option. Breakfast was comprehensive and then shuttle back to the airport. All staff involved throughout were friendly, helpful and constantly offering to help.

Cons: Shower in room 2 leaks out and floods the bathroom! I just put spare towels down. Other than that, it was perfect!

Perfect place to arrive or leave Joburg

Pros: Very nice place, everything is there to arrive smoothly or prepare your departure to the airport. The place is nice the food is good and the staff is really nice too.

Love this place!

Pros: Second time staying at Sunrock, and again I was very happy. This is definitely my choice for an overnight when I need to be at the airport the next day. Not just because of the shuttle service which is very efficient, but the place is great. Toiletries and big bottles of water in the rooms, as well as coffee, tea etc. The staff are fantastic, and the manager who runs the place is on the ball. There were a couple of snags with the TV and at dinner, but she got it sorted out without an hassles. I had a couple of spa treatments, and that was again just incredible.

Cons: I liked everything. Nothing not to like.

Pros: Very beautiful room, most comfortable bed, enjoyed the Breakfast, welcoming host and staff. I had an awesome relaxing time in the sauna after a long drive.

Excellent hotel, service, food and gardens with pool.

Pros: Shuttle service from Tambo International Airport was arranged via Whatsapp and the driver was on time, excellent service. Check-in was exceedingly quick and professional. The room modern, clean and of a very good size, we slept soundly. The gardens and pool surrounding the hotel are beautiful and a great place to unwind. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. Breakfast was excellent. The service in every area of the hotel was warm, welcoming and professional. We would not hesitate to return.

Cons: Splitting hairs here, would have been perfect with air-con in the room.

Pros: We enjoyed a one night stay at Sunrock Guesthouse and could not fault the staff, the room or breakfast. Whilst the area didn't look to be the best the guesthouse was delightful and very secure. Staff very kindly helped us order in the delivery of a late lunch which was really thoughtful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Shuttle to the airport was great.
