Pros: The facility was clean and warmth i got from the staff members.

Cons: There was no electricity for over 6 hours. I couldn't charge my phone and I had to leave with wrinkled clothes. Otherwise I had a plasent stay.

Pros: The location is one of the best for both traveled on work or outings good service and peaceful place.

Cons: For me everything was good except the gate operation having to wait at the gate so they can open was bit frustrating but overall treatment was good.

Reliable and friendly

Pros: I needed a place to stay for my mother as there was a problem with her international flight, and she will only be flying out the following day. We needed an affordable and comfortable place close to the airport with an airport shuttle service and came across Airport Guest House. Within the quick rush of reserving and paying for the room I phoned the guesthouse to organize the shuttle and Gugulethu immediately assisted. The airport shuttle was able to pick my mom up in only 7 minutes and I was informed by Gugulethu that my mom arrived safely and will be in good hands. Thank you for the friendly and efficient service.
