Something to call home about

Pros: Customer care was top notch. I booked and didn't follow-up with a phone call until i arrived at OR Tambo airport but guess what! the reception was excellent when i called in at 3AM, pick up was on time. The driver of the shuttle on the morning of 4th.3.2026 (unfortunately i didn't get their name was polite, he simply asked how i had booked, i gave details and there he was in a few. I found good security at the facility, very well arranged, quiet environment. The staff i met in the morning were all warm. I was told about departure time to the airport in the morning (when i arrived and, everything was on time. breakfast was great and served on time. Everything was seamless considering that i was coming to Johannesburg for the first time.

Pros: It’s all about Lia ton when you’re travelling. Doves Nest is ideally situated for transit travel and has everything one would we need. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Parking is sufficient and secure.
