Jolly Suites

Pros: We, (a couple) had booked the property for two nights in November, but could not be checked-in as it was fully booked. The ordeal was quite an inconvenience because we had to look for an alternative accommodation late at night. Desiree Schutte was very helpful. She did her best to help us get accommodation nearby, and assured us we’ll receive our full refund as soon as it cleared from booking.com (She also offered a complimentary night’s stay some days after), we unfortunately were unable to take her up on her lovely gesture.) She maintained communication and after +\\- 6 weeks, we received our full refund. Though we didn’t stay at the property, it deserves 5 stars for the customer service alone. Thank you to Desiree Schutte and the Jolly Suites Team.

Pros: The host was exceptional. She made us feel so comfortable. We lived like a family. I take Jolly as my second home. I'll definitely visit Jolly, over and over again. I miss Desiree. She became like a sister to us. Well done Jolly team.

Cons: They need to do more on daily cleaning on bedrooms.

Pros: Jolly Suites is the place you want to be whenever you visit South Africa. Desiree is such an amazing host, she will make sure you are settled in nicely and comfortably. She’s always available to all requests and she will make sure she exceeds your expectations, this is definitely my home away from home! I am going nowhere when I am in Johannesburg apart from Jolly Suites

Convenient overnight stay in Midrand

Pros: Friendly people. I felt included in the household. Convenient location. Use of kitchen.

Cons: Nothing. I was only there one night. It served the purpose I went there.

My stay was really good, everything was prepared and I enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The house was very cozy, it felt like home away from home. The host was really friendly and welcoming. The house has a nice yard and pool to enjoy and plenty of thing like games and pool to keep you busy.

Cons: There is nothing i was particularly dissatisfied with.

Pros: The owner of Jolly Suits was very nice clean and take cake of their customer
