Great overnight stay. I would return in future.

Pros: Great staff. I checked in late and they were friendly in finding me a room. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable too.

Pros: Conveniently positioned to the Gallagher estate, walking distance to the show. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The bed was too hard for me personally.

Good quality stay at reasonable price. We made a late booking but they had good availability.

Pros: The location is perfect if you’re attending an event at Gallagher Vonvention Centre. Safe parking. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels The bath in the en-suite was a welcome additional request.

Cons: Can be a bit noisy with the students nearby. The bathroom fixtures are bit dated.

overall, the stay was good and the receptionist on evening duty was up to the task.

Pros: The receptionist on evening duty was kind and helpful. The meal at the restaurant was delicious.

Cons: A faulty lock making it difficult to lock the room door from outside.

Girl Mini Getaway

Pros: The most staff were very delightful, The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It's quite peaceful and the building seems to be soundproof. We had a wonderful time celebrating my friend's birthday.

Cons: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The one security guy was very rude, had a bad attitude and treated us off our whole stay from the time we arrived. At first he gave directions in Zulu and I could understand that because it was a oneliner. Then he continued on with a whole paragraph and of how to get to reception with very deep Zulu. I had to tell him \

Amazing

Pros: Environment is quiet, neat and staff very warm. Breakfast was fantastic

Cons: No lunch

No problems and the cleanliness definitely made up for the shortfalls. Will go and visit again.

Pros: Room was very spaciously, very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast good, although we need to ask for plates the first morning, also the juice was empty and the place was not been clean up after other guest left so we had to share a table with other people that was also not up to standard but the food were very good.

Cons: The TV was not up to standard, we struggle a lot. I also feel they could let us know up front that we need to climb stairs to the 3rd floor, not ideal for us as we are over 60. The door let light in from the hallway (all around) and also the blinds, the bigger towels would be very very nice. But none of these were unacceptable.

Overall a good experience for someone going to write a test.

Pros: Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was better than anticipated and staff were reallu friendly.

Cons: Some areas are quite far from others. On the google reviews there is talk of a gym although I didn’t see any signs thereof.

My partner and I had a lovely stay, the breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee.

Pros: I appreciated the fact that they managed to prepare a meal for us though it was late.

Cons: The bed, needs to be improved.
