Aqua Stone guest house

Pros: Lovely welcome from staff.Place was clean.Bed was comfortable and bedding fresh.Water was hot and shower perfect.Place secured and car had shelter.

Cons: The ricoffy in the room and lack of bottled water.Can upgrade the coffee in the room.

Pros: The friendly service from all staff. All were quick to assist or constantly checking in if we're still happy when they saw us. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Cons: The milk at breakfast went sour, but staff quickly replaced it with new milk. I would like to have access to more channels on the TV or perhaps even a smart TV to cast what I want to watch from my phone.

Great stay and value for money

Pros: Clean, friendly staff. The lady at the reception area was welcoming. Please in town and close to Mbombela stadium for those participating in Marathons.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. I liked the little kitchenette with a sink and dishes that were provided for us. Room was very clean and had 3 comfortable beds that were enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Cons: I didn't like the rule about the aircon having to be on 22°C all the time. I also didn't like it when they said our kids were making noise, yet the welcome sign at the reception states that sometimes it gets loud in their facility. Our kids were not even making that much noise by the way.

Our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely book with them again. Very friendly and helpful people

Cons: Only the gate gave a little bit of trouble but they were working on it.

My family and I had a great time, everything was closer the shops and the place where we attended.

Pros: The room was clean and warm, staff also were nice , we didn’t wait long at gate.

Cons: Next time can we have milk for tea and coffee i like my tea with milk.

Pros: The place is located on a very quiet area and their rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable.

Cons: The fact that you have to ring the intercom to gain access, would have been better if you had your own remote.

Pros: Funcionários muito amigáveis, atenciosos. Lugar limpo, climatizado e excelentes cómodos.

Cons: Falta de espaço para lazer ao ar livre (pario e piscina)
