Pros: The place is soo beautiful with plants that are taken care of. The pool is clean, the rooms are also clean as well as the bathrooms. You won’t be disappointed.

Pros: customer service was execellent. we were cancelled by another establishment right at the last minute and Sunpalm did their best to accommodate our crisis situation. family friendly; neat, clean and safe. great location.

It was a nice experience for a short holiday

Pros: The overall convenience of the place, the cleaniness and it was close to the places we need to visit during our stay in Nelspruit. The pool was clean and area around was clean and nicely kept

Cons: R 15 per clothing item for ironing which seemed a bit excessive. It was inconvenient to get clothes ironed at the place and also out of budget to pay so much just to iron our clothes for the day.

Our stay very much better.

Pros: It is a secure place and you feel safe. It is a clean place. The WiFi was great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was very polite and friendly.
