Zebrina Guest House

Pros: We always stay at Zebrina guest house when we visit Nelspruit. We love it.

Cons: None

Pros: The location was perfect and the place is good for families and small kids. They were also able to acter to our last minute additions.

Cons: The common areas are not very clean.

Pros: The bed was big, breakfast was awesome, the staff is super friendly and the place is close to the mall atleast.

Cons: The basin was separated from the bathroom, the fridge looked old but it was clean, the fleece blanket on the bed didn't smell nice. Oh the toilet light kept flicking and it was disturbing, I just forgot to report it. Other than that all was well.

Pros: The room had enough space and it was good for a family.

Cons: The automatic gate usually took too long to close. The pool was not clean and the kids wanted to swim.

Enjoyable!

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, especially the manager, he was always available to assist with anything we needed. Comfy beds, delicious breakfast

Cons: A bit more attention is needed for the upkeep of the accommodation, something for the owners to look into

Pros: Rob was very nice and the staff was great. They allowed us to book in early and that was great. The breakfast was very nice. Overall it was a nice stay with some hindering.

Cons: Booking.com asked is we wanted a smoking room which was not available as they have no smoking rooms. I'm also not sure that we got the room that we studio that we booked. The outside smoking area was a chair and small table in the doorway. Not comfortable in any way. The rooms are small and the photos are misleading. Our room was at the entrance gate which made it quite noisy especially early in the morning.

My stay was in order and comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast is average, but fine. It ought to be better for a four star lodge. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to breakfast.

Cons: I would not say there is something I did not like. All was fine.

Pros: Outdoor facilities were excellent. Beautiful views of the City of Nelspruit.

Our stay was spectacular. We will definitely come again.

Pros: We realy like the fact they remembered us. We had stayed in Zebrina over 2 years ago. I came with my wife. This time, we came with my daughter. They upgraded us into a nice spacious family room. My daughter loved it. My daughter also enjoyed playing in the outdoors play area for children. The staff is very nice.

Cons: Even though we had a beautiful view of the pond. The sound of the pond at at night took a little bit of getting used to and I went to bed a bit later than I would have liked.

Wonderful stay, full of character, warm welcome.

Pros: We love Zebrina and have visited many times over the years. The decking area is superb with great views. There are lots of interesting plants, and places to sit. The room was big, thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and really comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities and lovely food make this a real home from home. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Cons: Light from the internal courtyard below disturbed our sleep.
