Wild Fig Rest Guest House

Pros: The room was absolutely breathtaking and the Host was exceptionally willing to help and accommodate us to the best of their ability will surely recommend this stay to anyone.

Pros: Everything about this property is amazing, from the host to the property itself. The place has modern furnishes that make you feel right at home. The overall environment of the property is spectacular because of the peace and quiet which makes it the perfect place for anyone who needs a quiet, clean yet homey home away from home.

Great stay, I recommend it for any traveller looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in town.

Lovely stay

Pros: Comfortable accommodation, central location, very accommodating host. Enjoyed our stay, will return. Didn’t realise that the kitchen was communal and not part of the apartment, so had to work around that.

Pros: I was highly disappointed from the fact that water was not available during my stay forcing us to leave earlier than expected and without a shower but in general the host's generosity made the experience less traumatic

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms although not much of a view outside the window.

Cons: There was a bit of a problem with electricity although this was resolved on the last day.

This guesthouse got the basics right and I would stay there again.

Pros: I made a very late reservation when a booking that I had made was cancelled while en-route. within 2 minutes of making the booking I was contacted by Jayden of the Wild Fig Rest guesthouse enquiring about my ETA and trying to determine if there was anything that was required prior to arrival. The guest room was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and although there was no aircon there was a decent fan and my wife and I had a good night's rest.

Cons: The facilities were not out of the ordinary from the outside and I managed to drive past it, in spite of using Google Maps. There was a loose strip of paint on the ceiling and the shower did not drain efficiently.
