A fantastic stay, home away from home

Pros: The property is very clean, in a good location, the staff are so wewlxoming and easy to chat to, the breakfast was good, whole lot of variety, we really enjoyed ourselves, my daughter didn't wanna go home😁

Cons: Absolutely loved everything, the swimming pool, what my daughter loved most

Great place

Pros: The location was easy to find, checkin was smooth and breakfasts was incredible. I and my family enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this place and will definitely use this place when visiting polokwane again.

Cons: I didn't like the dinner we had on our first day, the meat was dry. I didn't like that bedding is only changed in two days, while in my case it was only changed the third day after I enquired about it.

Cons: Bathroom light was not working, which I believe was supposed to be checked prior to our arrival. I have indicated that we are two guest however we received one bath towel WiFI password must be confirmed upon check-in, or a password must be placed next to the bed to avoid walking to the reception for such. Please encourage your receptionist to smile more often when receiving guest, that Will make us more welcome. Thank

Fantastic stay, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Pros: The pool and breakfast. The approximity to the city.

Cons: The hot water in the bathroom took time to come out but eventually we got hot water to bath with.

I will definitely stay there again. It felt like home away from home.

Pros: The location was perfect for the purpose of us staying there. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast. We loved the swimming pool and the bar area where the kids played pool.

Cons: I didn't like that the restaurant closed so early. We arrived there at around half past four in the afternoon and we wanted to go and relax at the restaurant and to enjoy a nice meal, but the restaurant was closed. They told us that the restaurant closes at around 2 o clock in the afternoon. I would have like for it to be open for dinner as well.

Pros: Overall it is comfortable, warm and friendly. Facilities looked good and breakfast good variety. Proper security system. Friday night was nice and quiet, which a appreciated so much. Thank you...

Cons: Maintenance inside rooms could be valuable, but nothing that couldn't be worked around. Location is subjective. I usually prefer on the edge of town or outside. For people that want to be close to center of town, this will be the most perfect place.
