Storage and other small glitches

Pros: It was very clean and safe. We were welcomed warmly and there was no problem when we left beforehand as we had concluded our business. The gentleman, bless his socks, offered a refund, but we felt it fair not to accept it. Very close the the hospital -a big bonus.

Cons: There is nowhere to hang anything. There is a place next to the bathroom door which can be used for a small wardrobe. We had to leave everything on the floor and in our cases. The bathroom needs somewhere to hang towels. Because of a pile of blankets etc we had brought with us and had to leave on the floor,, we accidentally scooped up their blanket which I will courier back to them. No batteries in the TV remote. Fridge froze everything. Good PR would be a small pamphlet with details about the place and perhaps supermarkets and restaurants close by.
