Pros: It was clean, beautifull with a garden. Peaceful and neat.

Cons: The TV was not working 100%. Colour of picture was yellow and we could not watch the rugby match.

Perfect location in a beautiful area, with everything travellers need.

Pros: This was a great location - very private, quiet, clean, and secure. It has everything you might need including walking distance to shopping. Staff were awesome - Cynthia was amazing helping us with many logistics. I would highly recommend this location. We are returning next Friday.

Pros: We always stay at 314 when we visit our daughter at university. We have been coming here for a number of years. It's well organized and very good quiet place to stay. They do a great breakfast.

Pros: Safe & quiet surroundings. Proximity to University residence. Breakfast was great.

Cons: Noisy in the mornings. Once the smoke alarm went off. Leaky toilet. Shower is too sensitive, either hot or cold. Dated and worn out decor and furniture. Needs a renovation.
