Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Linen and Towels was spotless and high quality. Everything worked.

Cons: A Gate Remote to get in and out at the gate would be nice, but it is probably not an option for security.

Pros: I liked everything, the hospitable and friendly staff from when I arrived until checkout. The breakfast was really scrumptious...the place is just a home away from home

Comfortable stay

Pros: It was my second stay at Penguin, and I will definitely return. It is value for money. The receptionist is always full of positive energy. Everything, the rooms and bathrooms, are spacious. The outside is very neatly taken care of

Cons: A small issue, the shower had a strand of hair, which is something I don't like

Pros: The Place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable

Cons: My booking had breakfast included. But by the time we went to get breakfast, chef did not start with breakfast yet. We left without having breakfast

Pros: Was received by Sandile, and he was a great host throughout my stay. Very friendly and attentive The rooms are clean. There was a power cut but didn't notice cos their generator kicks in immediately The breakfast 😋😋😋 Will definitely be booking here again the next time I need to come to Pretoria

Pros: It was the perfect accommodation with very reliable and friendly staff. Scrumptious breakfast!!!

Cons: The water outage of 4 days but I was reimbursed for the 2 days I checked into another establishment that had water. It is a provincial problem that can cause inconvenience but other than that--- the rest was all 100% to my satisfaction.
