Pros: We were informed that they had double booked us on the day of our arrival. The staff arranged alternative accommodation at Lalamnandzi2 which was pleasant although not initially what we booked, they made an effort to assist us.

Cons: Booked 3 rooms for 5 people at Lalamandzi1 recieved 1 room at Lalamandzi2 for 5 people. There were a couple of uncomfortable hours on the drive to white river where we were unsure if we would have accommodation on a booked out rugby weekend. It worked out that the alternative arrangement was just as pleasant.
