Affordable and comfortable stay. Love the views

Pros: It has a beautiful Mountain View, is homely and quiet.

Cons: There were water challenges in the area; that however got fixed later on the same day.

Pros: We had a wonderful time Lovely place Only ask for a rubber mat on shower very slippery Otherwise was perfect

Pros: The house is home away from home. If all you wanted to do is sit on the deck all day, your getaway would still be perfect

I would stay there again if I go back to that area. The host, Trudie, was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Self-catering. All the facilities were good, but we mostly ate out as we used the place as a base for exploring the area (Kruger National Park, Graskop Gorge, etc.)

Cons: The toilet in the main bathroom was leaking, and in spite of someone coming in to fix it, it continued to leak water onto the floor. We just used the secondary bathroom, not the main bathroom. What bothered me was the wooden floor around the toilet felt fragile under the vinyl covering. My personal bug bear was everything (mirrors in the bathroom, washbasin in thr main bathroom, etc) was very high and I am short, so that was difficult for me. My husband and son coped quite well though.

Pros: I'm a big fan of holiday house, I like to own my space. The big tree is exactly what I want, Trudie the property owner was superb, she gave us the needed information about the places to visit. We were there for the convention at floreat Riverside Lodge and the house had all that we needed

Pros: The unit is located in a tranquil area! The unit boasts privacy and a beautiful feel of a home away from home. Trudie treated us like royalty!

Pros: So much more than we anticipated. Beautiful view, impeccably clean, and wonderful attention to detail.

Cons: Unfortunately the roads in the area are not well maintained, just a warning to visitors to drive carefully.

Pros: The view was amazing. Nice and clean rooms and bedding. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. WiFi worked, stove and kitchen utensils were all in place. Friendly owner who stayed in contact with us all the time. She is a brilliant host and a absolute nature enthusiast that can hide you to the best places around Eastern Transvaal. I would recommend this place to any nature lover. Trudie is a ⭐
