Lovely Hotel it is conveniently situated and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: The reception staff and the bar staff were very super friendly and helpful, the location was great bring close to the mall to meet up with family and friends.

Pros: In general a very good experience. It was my 3rd time staying at the hotel.

Cons: The staff in the restaurant can be friendlier. The table service at breakfast was below average. Breakfast too expensive for what you get. Otherwise all good.

A comfortable hotel for business travellers.

Pros: A good business hotel. Excellent car access, close enough to the airport, and a shopping centre 100m away. It has a small but well equipped gym.

Cons: The breakfast room was very congested.

River view stay.

Pros: The welcome staff are on point. Room was what you come to expect from Hotel vibe.

Cons: The restaurant. For me this was a let down the staff not well informed food was sub standard and not value for money. The river does not belong to the hotel but the smell that comes off was slightly unpleasant

Beyond what I expected - EXCEPTIONAL

Pros: I had a terrible experience with the previous hotel I checked into. WIthin 10 minutes of being there I cancelled and booked at Anew Centurion. From the moment i walked in the door I was blow away by the professionalism and general atmosphere and set up of the hotel. Refilwe on check in was amazing, especially after my horrible experience at the previous hotel. And every room service specialist to bar to every single staff member was exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel enough Definitely set the standard high for any other Anew hotel to follow WELL DONE TO EVERYONE THERE!

Cons: The food in the restaurant was not great when i ordered room service. But they remedied it very quickly by offering a refund for the food with no questions asked.
