Superb

Pros: I absolutely loved my room, the finishings, bedding and overall atmosphere was superb. I also love how spacious it was.

Cons: The kettle had an issue switching on. I had to hold it down to boil water

We enjoyed it. Not sorry we went, and we would seriously consider returning or recommending it.

Pros: The breakfast was good, the room excellent, service was excellent, it is perfectly located in a prestige, safe area, and the menu provides hearty, tasty meals.

Cons: The food was very good, well presented, generous and tasty, but not fine dining. This would not prevent me from going back, but I consider myself a 'foodie' and the restaurant would not be a fine dining destination for me. We stayed on Valentine's Day, and they converted (understandably) their lounge into more seating for the restaurant. This was a disappointment, as I envisaged sitting and relaxing in the lounge with its fireplace and beautiful views, reading a book with a coffee or drink, but this was not to be. We sat outside on the verandah on a rainy day; it was still pleasant but not what we intended. The venue was also very busy that evening. I would choose an ordinary day during the week if I returned.

Pros: Breakfast was really good. All the staff from waiters, cleaners, manager and hotel staff in general were all fantastic. The view from the hotel is the best in Pretoria.

Cons: Dinners were overpriced and weren't close to the quality level I'd expect even at a lower level hotel. Drinks were also overpriced.

Incredible, and will be out go to place to stay on future visits to Pretoria! Highly recommend.

Pros: Everything was incredible, from the hotel itself and its beautiful grounds to the warm, welcoming, and highly professional team on site. It was a truly wonderful experience all around. The attention to detail in the room interiors was wow, our room was absolutely stunning, and I left wanting my own bedroom designed the exact same way! The little touches made it even more special: a welcome gin sample, daily replenished snacks in the room, and an honesty pantry filled with delicious finger foods and treats. And the best surprise of all? The laundry service was completely free!

Pros: If you are looking for rest , this hotel is perfect. We love it! It perfect family gathering, couples. Kindness and Professionality of staff. Beautiful Architecture! Breathtaking view of Pretoria!!
