Pros: The bed in my room was not comfortable it made a lot of noise they must remove the wooden base it's squeaking noise was just too much . Put a normal base bed

Love Staying at your hotel makes me feel WELCOMED to SA back home..

Pros: Breakfast is always GOOD. Friendly and smiling staff.. Good choices..of fruit and good kitchen.. Excellent warm swimming pool.

Cons: This year we had the oldest and darkest room..Next visit l prefer the room above the restaurant and next to the pool..room with a terrace to walk out..and big windows..

Honeymoon suite in the middle of the week ✨️

Pros: The hotel was fully booked exept the honeymoon suite had a late cancelation. Amazing service. Online check in was si easy. At reception the are welcome drinks (coffee, tee, wine . . ), therafter the luggage gets taken to your room. I so appreciated the tiny detail of the swan on the bed, rose petals were perfectly places, HUGE bunch of flowers, wine and champagne were unexpected (just perfect). Calm and serene. . .and then cane the unexpected plate of snacks. I was impressed! Amazing amazing food.

Cons: There was not a thing a didn't like

What an amazing place!

Pros: The hotel is amazing! The ambience, the care, the food and the location were tops! We were well taken of! Shepard and Amanda were particularly amazing- as well as the therapists at the spa!

Brilliant hotel and staff

Pros: Lovely hotel and lovely staff. The hotel was under refurbishment when we arrived and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The facilities, rooms, location and food are all top notch
