Pleasant staff.-very accomadaing and sorted out room change without a fuss

Pros: Location Spacious rooms Buzzing with close by restaurants and the virgin active gym. Lovely showers

Cons: Afternoon sun beating down into the room-Our aircon wasn’t working efficiently so we has to change rooms.Not sure why they hadn’t checked this before we arrived

The location of the hotel is top notch the view and the pool area was my favorite. They can improve

Pros: Breakfast was not fresh I guess it was a new years day maybe they where tired.my bed at room 406 was not comfortable but overall the experience was nice and its worth visiting again

Cons: My bed was not level it felt like I was sliding from where i was sleeping and the sheets where not crispy fresh
