Pros: The Staff is very professional and friendly and go out of there way to make you happy and there prices on there acomadation and food is top class I couldn't find beter and its safe. During my stay I could see there is always someone looking out and guarding the place 24/7 and there is always someone available even during the night hours that can assist you. I really recommend them especially if you are traveling from OR Thambo airport..

Pros: A very welcoming receptionist who assisted with enquiries. I had a comfortable room with the basic needs for an overnight stay. Everything was clean, neat and tidy.

Pros: The staff that met us on our arrival was friendly and helpful. They helped us settle in to our room. The room had everything we need to make our stay after a very long flight a comfortable one.

Cons: Nothing really. The mini fridge was off but I didnt report it so not really something to complain about.

Pros: The Lodge was very clean. Bedding was clean. Hot water. Extra blanket as it was a rainy day helped. Comfortable bed. Microwave in the room to warm leftover food.

Cons: 1. Towels were completely worn out. 2. Inconsiderate guests (this rule has to be enforced). I jumped out of bed from my deep sleep. One of the guests was knocking roughly and loudly in one of the rooms.... So loud and speaking loudly. I thought it's a police raid or something of that nature. This was so scary and annoying
