Pros: the ice machine The room was spacious and clean The bed was comfortable Breakfast was delicious, they had a variety of food to chose from

Cons: A normal modern aircon would have worked better I wished there was a fridge in the room 2 chairs, especially if the booking is for two people The headboard was peeling I asked for a smoking room, and we didn't get an ashtray; we had to ask for it

Pros: I was able to redeem my points for Supper, something I never did before, this was awesome. Now I am going to track my loyalty points going forward

Cons: That I was only booked for one night, next time it will atleast be two nights

The place is lovely and serene I would definitely book here again

Pros: The rooms are clean and spacious, I liked that when asked for two beds it was double beds and not 3/4 beds.

Cons: The staff member that checked us in was not friendly. She was mean and condescending Palesa won’t forget her, didn’t even give us a detailed breakdown of what to expect from the hotel.

Cons: Putting only 2 coffee sechets in a cabin while we booked as 2 adults that's unfair to your customers had to buy extra expresso to keep our day and night going

Overall i enjoyed my stay and i will defintely be back.

Pros: My stay at the hotel was very nice, the room was spacious and clean. i also enjoyed the buffet and breakfast however i was a bit dissapointed that there were not chicken nuggets or sausage as i dont eat any red meat or fish but i asked one of the chefs and he brought some chicken sausage for me, which i really appreciated alot.

Cons: i didnt like the size of the towels it was very small and i booked a room for two adults and there wasnt enough towels for two and I also didnt like that a blanket was used in between sheets to act as a duvet.
