Pros: Everything was perfect. The hospitality, food, lifts, beds, bathrooms

Cons: Nothing park in you ate the best

My stay was pleasant and comfortable overall, even though the space felt slightly smaller than I would have preferred.

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful, and I truly love it. From the moment I saw it, I was impressed by how well-maintained and inviting it is. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Cons: Although I really love the property overall, the only concern I have is that the space is a bit small. While it is well-designed and comfortable, I feel that a little more room would make it even more suitable for my needs. However, aside from the size, everything else about the property meets my expectations.

Pros: Beautiful rooms sheer comfort , modern and tech friendly. The staff were amazing and room service was prompt and went the extra mile.

What you expect from a Radisson

Pros: It was clean and well designed, good location, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly

Cons: Dinner menu and service can be updated. We waited very long for our food.

Good value for money.

Pros: Very convenient location. Very safe, you cant just drive in and out as you please. Good breakfast spread and they are able to cater for halal if you request.

Cons: The staff did not assist at all with bags. We arrived and had to pull a trolley to the car, load the bags and then take the trolley up ourselves. They were not really interested.

Pros: The hotel is clean and the beds very plush and comfortable.....

Cons: The TV channel options needs revisiting...allow variety of the latest apps like Netflix of normal channels The basin in the bathrooms are always clogged,this was my second stay there and dissapoiying to see that hasn't been fixed.

Lovely stay

Pros: The most bed was comfortable, room was well lit, breakfast was absolutely delicious. Really a lovely stay.

Cons: I saw long hair that didn’t belong to me three times 😭. I can’t stand that, it speaks of uncleanliness. In the shower, on the bed and next to the toilet.

Excellent value for money, in a wonderfully convenient location

Pros: The location is great. It's close enough to everything, without being noisy and in the middle of chaos. It's extremely secure - you cant just drive into the property without stopping at the guard gate and only when they open the gate can you enter. They cater for halal if you request it. The breakfast was really yummy. The staff at breakfast as so accommodating and helpful. In general the staff are really lovely. Our rooms were cleaned nicely, even when we left the hotel late (say after 1pm) because we were attending a wedding. The aircons were super cold and it was wonderful to come back to a clean, cold room.

Cons: When you drive into the property, it looks a bit run down. The grass growing out of the pavement is a big one. It makes it look dilapidated. We had some bags and there was no staff who offered to give us the trolley, or even to assist us to get our bags from the car. I noticed other people also dragging their own trolley and luggage. When people are travelling and they have luggage, at least offer to assist. The room is a bit small so if you are two in a room it gets really cramped, especially if you have luggage. I had to unpack everything and then put my hand luggage on top of the cupboard, and tuck away my suitcase. That being said, I would still come back here. None of the negatives outweigh the great experience we had.

Pros: That place is neat, organized and as for hospitality 10/10
