Pros: The staff was really helpful and welcoming, especially mr shepherd

Cons: We had an issue, one of the windows was broken and we were not made aware, until we saw it late at night, but shepherd came through for us

Pros: The care taker Mr Shepherd was very helpful and very welcoming, they have higher the best ever host!!! Supper friendly and always checking up on us if we ever needed anything... The rooms were clean and tidy and the pool view was the biggest highlight EVER!!! THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE. WE WILL SURELY COME BACK.

Pros: The view was amazing, we saw an amazing array of animals and enjoyed our time very much.

Cons: The kitchen in our unit did not have an oven, but that is all there is to complain about.

Pros: The swimming pool is pure bliss! Wish i could stay a day longer. :)

Cons: There was so salt / pepper, but Im sure if we asked it could be organised. We had requests for things like a hair dryer and iron, which was supplied with no issue.
