Boulders Safari Lodge

Pros: A comfortable stay at Boulders Safari Lodge with family. The chalets were clean and comfortable. Delicious, generously portioned meals for both dinner and breakfast were prepared. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional venue and company from the staff, and great food

Pros: The hospitality was exceptional, Sbusiso went an extra mile to make our kids experience the best holiday, the companion and walks. Carrot and Apollo were a great hosts too. The food was great. The overall experience was heart warming, the tranquility ans calmness the venue offers melted our hearts. We will definitely visit again

Cons: We arrived just after the storm abd the power kept tripping after being restored. It would have been nicer to have back up power especially at night when temperatures were too warm

Absolutely great stay! Best staff ever

Pros: We were there for a very short stay but seriously regretted not being able to enjoy the property properly because it was absolutely way more than what we had expected. The staff was amazing catering to the needs of our huge group

Pros: This lodge is tucked away in the bush providing a very quiet and restful stay. We enjoyed the tranquility. Lynn and her team were always at hand to ensure our stay was comfortable. There is a restaurant on site which serves very delicious food and also close proximity to a variety of restaurants in Malelane town.

Cons: Parking area not paved- can get muddy when it rains

Perfect stay for our entry as day visitors in the Kruger. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Pros: The accommodation is good, clean and comfortable but the real stars of Boulders Safari Lodge are their staff and service. Nothing is too much effort for them, they will go out of their way to assist. The food and atmosphere at night was also great, we ate so well, thank you!

Cons: No wifi in the rooms, but then you just enjoy the bush. Just note that traffic on the N4 might make it difficult to turn off to you right to enter from Malelane. You might have to drive a bit past to make a u turn close to Hectorspruit to drive back and enter from the left. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.

Pros: Best service overall, from the moment one arrives, until departure. The food was very good, portions generous. I loved that the staff pay attention to detail, like making my husband a vegetarian lasagne for dinner (without us asking) after they noticed that he ordered coffee with soya or almond milk - that was really impressive! For what Boulders lacks in looks (honestly looks worse for wear), it sure makes up for in excellent service, food and gracious host and staff. Lynette, Apollo, Sibusiso and all the waiters and barman make you feel truly welcome.

Cons: The signage can be better, especially closer to the property. The signage to reception also needs improving. Having no guard at the gate means you have to drop call the host every time. This might be a risk if there is poor network.

Pros: Amazing friendly owner and Staff on the premises, spacious.

It was the best place to stay in, do recommend it to anyone and won't mind having a longer vacation

Pros: The staff is priceless, very welcoming and friendly. The place is sooo quite.

Cons: The single beds and their stiff, not comfortable at all. The under staff , need more people to assist.
