Great bushveld getaway

Pros: Great view and location. Giraffe was literally next to the house so my 4 year old loved it. Staff and manager were very accommodating and understanding.

It is a good place to refresh away from the noise

Pros: It is a very nice and quiet with peaceful animals roaming around.

Cons: The expire chocolate they put for us in our chalet.

Pros: Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Clean and neat accommodation. We had a wonderful stay. (Inverter assists with loadsheading challenges and pressure pump for gas geyser)

We came back recharged, will definitely visit again.

Pros: We went to play a Golf tournament at Marble Hall Golf Course, the nicest 9 hole course in Limpopo. Karibu River Retreat is 24 km away from the course, just a nice drive. The staff and owner are very friendly. This place can take a big group of people, we were completely alone, nice and quiet, we had a very nice braai and could listen to the field noises and Lions roaring on the neighboring farm. This was a real tradition farm life experience, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely visit again.

Heerlijk tot rust gekomen midden in de natuur

Pros: De ligging is super mooi aan de rivier/meertje. Er komen heel veel vogels langs. Het huisje zelf is wat verouderd maar alles is heel en netjes. De schoonmaaksters kwamen zelfs de afwas doen en de braai schoonmaken. Het is er heerlijk rustig. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De douche heeft een harde warme straal, heerlijk.

Cons: Er is hier en daar wat reparatiewerk/onderhoud nodig. Er staan helemaal geen stoelen of bedjes bij het zwembad.
