Amazing gem of a place with amazing staff

Pros: The staff, the warm welcome, the special care they take of you to make you at ease, the spa massages, the rock pool, the views, the hikes and the food. Perfect for a retreat and disconnect from a busy life.

Cons: Just make sure to contact the staff of your arrival well before you hit the last 10 kms, there's no cellphone reception.

Peaceful, idyllic reserve.

Pros: The service from the staff stood out the most. They were very friendly and attentive, nothing was a bother for them. The quietness of the location was also a stand out feature of the lodge, particularly when you are looking to get away from the noise!

Pros: Absolutely excellent in all aspects- the room, exceptional food, views and especially the wonderful staff who make you feel so welcome and attend to your every need! Thank you Ghildo for your friendly, humorous and efficient nature! Robert, you really know your stuff! From hospitality to your knowledge of nature. All the staff are brilliant and the lodge is amazing! We will be back again for sure.

Fantastic Lodge, Great food, Excellent service

Pros: Fantastic lodge, friendly staff and fantastic food. Robert was a fantastic host! All of our wants and neeeds were attended too immediately. The lodge is amazingly flexible with viewing times etc.

Absolutely peaceful and would definitely go back!

Pros: We had an amazing time. Our Ranger Jildu was amazing and showed us all around. His knowledge on the game and tree species was incredible. He also took us to the rock pools for an amazing swim!

Cons: Would be nice if they had something for the ladies on the all inclusive drinks menu. But otherwise it was amazing.

Fabulous, relaxing, unique and wonderfully small.

Pros: The staff and location were amazing. There are only a few huts so you really do get a 5* personal service. The guides have great knowledge about the site and speak very knowledgable about the area, flora, forna and animals. It takes me a few days to wind down normally on holiday, it happened here right away, it’s just so relaxing!

Cons: Nothing, it was amazing.
