Khumbula iAfrica 2

Pros: I really liked the location, very quite, the swimming pool was refreshing and the braai facility was useful.

Cons: The second bedroom downstairs had the toilet outside the room which was a bit inconvenient, but overall was a good experience

Beat stay in Marloth Park!

Pros: I've stayed at both Khumbala iAfrica 1 and 2. They're both amazing. Very spacious and clean Very quiet location in Marloth far away from the pubs, restaurants and noise. Caretakers live nearby and they are able to help with anything. They were so lovely. The house has absolutely everything you'll need including good wifi Kruger national park is nearby Highly recommend and we will be returning again in the future

Lovely stay

Pros: We loved our stay here - the house is big and very tidy and neat! We had all kinds of buck and warthog visit us outside which really made it even more enjoyable. The pool is great, a good size and very clean. There is ample seating around the house and the braai area is perfect.

Cons: It is quite far inside Marloth Park and sits on a very bumpy dirt road which we weren’t expecting. The WiFi was also quite slow and kept disconnecting so we weren’t able to really use it. Lastly, the beds are on brick slabs so actually feel a bit hard after a few days.

Pros: Zac and Shirley where great hosts yet again they attended to our every need the only disappointment we had was the amount of animals that have been removed from marloth park and it meant less animals around the lodge .Also the Road leading to the lodge could do with some serious attention but they where the only things I could fault I will be back again

Awesome property

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short ride to Crocodile Bridge gate of the KNP. Wished we could have stayed longer, and enjoyed the pool and wildlife, but had to be on the road early.

Pros: Just everything, the place was clean and had lots of exceptional attention to detail. Not to mention the way the animals come right up to you at the back of the house and ask for food.

Comfortable accommodation to relax

Pros: Aircons, inverter when the power was off, the swimming pool when it was hot, and all the animals visiting! The feed the host provided was an added bonus and Shirley and Zac was very helpful and accommodating

Fabulous stay at the amazing Khumbula iAfrica 2!!!

Pros: I loved the home we stayed in, perfect setting, and had all amenities available to make our stay comfortable. Shirley and Zac are absolutely amazing. The animals came to the house daily. We had an amazing pool to relax in and keep cool and make good memories. The place was clean and well maintained. Everything is so well thought off. What a beautiful home.

Cons: I can't really fault anything. Honestly, it was amazing. However, if I had to make a recommendation, it would be to maybe get better pillows.(just a recommendation)

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: The property is great. Clean. Thoughtfully laid out, with everything you might need in a bush house. Even a skottel braai when you're lazy to light a fire. Zac and Shirley were awesome. Daily cleaning was a bonus, in a self catering unit... Loved it.

Cons: Had to think hard about this one. There was no spatula at the time of our visit, so couldn't make fried eggs and had to settle for scrambled lol... The mattress in the main bed might need changing soon. Just a tad uncomfortable for a large lad like myself (6'3 & 110Kg)... As I said, I had to think hard, because the good was just too good...
