Stunning!

Pros: The private pool was a winner! Unit was furnished with everything one could ask for, the beds were really comfy with good quality linen. Beautiful surroundings....I will definitely return for another longer stay! Thank you Carmari the stay made for a really special trip.

Pros: I’d HIGHLY recommend booking here! ⭐️ We stayed for 5 nights and honestly, this place deserves multiple returns. The house is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. Spacious and beautifully set up with 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, reliable backup power systems, a large deck, and plenty of cosy spots to lounge, relax, and enjoy the Breathtaking Views of Da Gama Dam and the surrounding mountains. 🌄✨ It’s located in a safe, tranquil estate, with enjoyable walking/hiking trails giving you that perfect peaceful escape. Truly a home away from home. 🏡💛 And the host… wow! 🙌🏾 Their communication, warmth, and ability to make everything feel smooth and stress-free is honestly top tier. One of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. Would 100% return! 🌟

Cons: There's really close to nothing we can complain about. Property is well maintained, backup power systems, braai area is great with privacy awnings, it's just a really well equipped and taken care off home.

Pros: The place is clean, beautiful and very secure. The host is very nice, they even extended our check out time without being asked. The pics that are put up don't do justice for the place because there are updates that are have not been put on the pics

Cons: It is far from restaurants and shops. It is advisable to buy everything you need before checking in

Pros: A peaceful and relaxing cottage which catered for all our needs. Set in a beautiful landscape with plenty of wildlife to watch from the decking. Carmari was an excellent host: answering queries, suggesting places to visit and offering advice. One week felt too short!

Just be still & relax - enjoy everything!

Pros: Warm & comfortable. Like home with a stunning sunrise /view / Sunsets. Loved quiet time on the deck. Fireplace was a treat after dinner.

Perfect river gem

Pros: Perfect get away for a family, the house has everything one needs we wished we booked for a couple days longer. Host was really greàt, defnitely a place ill visit again.

Relaxing & Peaceful

Pros: We had a fantastic two-night stay at Bee-Eater Cottage. Communication with the owner, Carmari, was excellent from start to finish. The cottage itself is beautifully equipped with everything you need, making it a perfect base for exploring the Panorama Route. We especially loved the tranquil setting within the stunning eco estate—so peaceful and calming. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Pros: I liked the communication from the hoster making sure we arrived safely, the calmness of the place and the structure of the house have privacy. Had a great time there
