Pros: The host responded super efficiently and was always ready to help. There was backup when there was no electricity, gas stove, and refarchable lights. I also liked the gas geyser even though we were a big group, we all had hot water. If you are looking for a good break from the city's hustle and bustle, I would highly recommend this place. You get the value for your money by booking at Blesbok.

Memorable family weekend in charming farm house

Pros: We enjoyed the spacious comfort and old world charm of the house. The big farm house kitchen is well equiped and we had some lovely family meals in there. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding. It was the perfect place for some quality family time away.

Cons: The gas geyser didn't always accomodate 6 people's needs, but it wasn't really a problem.

Pros: The house is big, with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The property is close to Bronkhorstspruit, which is where we wanted to celebrate New Year at the Nan Hua Temple.

Finding this gem made it so easy for us to spend Christmas with family and in-laws. I really appreciated that !

Pros: The old farmhouse, wooden floors, and the ponds/dams for fishing. Lovely break away from normal everyday life, great for weekends with the family

Lovely charming house to build excellent memories with a big family of up to 8 people.

Pros: Blesbok and impala were walking around the house. Lovely verandahs around the house where you could bathe in the winter sun. Soft warm bedding. Table was set for us with beautiful serviettes

Farm style close and personal!

Pros: The owner was amazing. My daughters and I went there for our birthday weekend. Just what we needed, close, yet away from home. Nothing better than a farm style environment. Bucks roaming around, peace and tranquility bountiful! Had an unfortunate medical emergency, they kindly scared off the buck for the helicopter to land. Thank you, I appreciate you all!!

Cons: Nothing! Everything was good! Gas shower gave us a run for our money! 😀

Blesbok - peaceful farm getaway

Pros: Being back in an old farmhouse brought back many happy memories. It's very geared to families or large groups and outdoor living. Loading provisions are good The deco is really lovely. The sunsets exceptional. Our host checked in regularly and was quick to assist in need. Loved the Blesbok walking around and being able to walk on the farm. Near enough to Bronkhorstspruit and dam too but nicely peacefully on the farm

Cons: Not a dislike as such but more a be prepared. The shower is typical of gas heating, i.e. you need to keep an eye on it getting really hot or running cool but it does work fine. If you have any farm history you will recognise the experience
