Pros: The apartment is beautiful, location is perfect, views are amazing and security great.

Cons: There was no Wi-Fi and we reached out to the host who didn't respond the issue let alone acknowledge, WhatsApped to the WhatsApp number provided for help that also never got back to us.

Beautiful apartment but sadly could not enjoy it because checking in made us stand for 5hours in the sun on NEW YEARS EV

Pros: The view from the apartment was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and spacious.

Cons: We waited 5 hours to check in into trilogy, we missed everything. We could not enjoy the rooftop, the could not relax before going out. It was a mess, disappointing because what should have been a quick key collection moment turned into 5hours of standing and the staff not assisting the one lady at the front desk. As much as the apartment was beautiful I did not get to experience its beauty to full capacity. Menlyn Maine trilogy, please do better.
