Pros: What I liked was the stuff especially the lady that goes by the name of lerato she was so friendly and very helpful she went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible and she didn't care what time we needed her or what time we went to the reception to ask anything that we needed she did everything with a smile on her face so that's what I really like about the place the help was just out of this world and our stay was perfect.

Pros: It was cozy, the staff was nice and considering I booked economy, it was comfortable.

Cons: Too many rules pertaining to keeping their linen clean, which should be their job, and the fact that they inspect the sheets before you leave, I found that disrespectful

Pros: Friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure your stay is memorable. Clean rooms with everything in working order. Lovely outdoor atmosphere at the pool. The ladies attended to our needs and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much.
