Floreat Riverside Lodge and Spa

I had a wonderful time.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff were exceptionally good. The place is neat and peaceful. I was there for the 2nd time , I recommended it to my colleagues.

Cons: The wifi and television signal. There was no signal.

Pros: The bed and breakfast room was very clean and well organized. Friendly staff, well kept garden, parking for cars, clean swimming pool

Cons: Self catering room was not well organized, single beds are just at the entrance before the kitchen, curtains need to be upgraded There was no wifi connection in the rooms 😐

Pros: Well located, friendly and accommodating staff. Well kept grounds.

Cons: Not all rooms have a refrigerator. WiFi not good within rooms and only have standard tv channels. Would recommend upgrading the WiFi and installing smart TVs so guest can link there accounts to Netflix etc.

Great Service and refreshing short stay!

Pros: The staff were very helpful and I am giving them kudos for excellent service🙌🏻👏🏼 We slept in a Superior double room which was spacious and the bathroom has been revamped to modern style. Breakfast had variety and the food was good.

During my stay, I forgot all of my worries. Because of the excellent and friendly service I received

Pros: The staff was really nice and thoughtful. The room was alright.

Cons: There was no internet at the room, and I am coming from another country and needed to speak to my family and take care of work related issues. For me to have access to internet I needed to go to the main reception.

People should be treated equally as we are all paying.

Pros: The accommodation is beautiful enough space with beautiful view

Cons: Being moved from our main room to another due to that a white couple that came in late reported that we were making noise and yet it was not true. The place has a self-catering area that allows guests to sit outside and dine but that become a problem due to that the white couple were allocated a room next door

Pros: Brilliant service from the staff, they were super friendly and extremely accommodating. Ate dinner at the restaurant daily and Walter gave us excellent service every night. Breakfast was good and there was a large variety of options. Would highly recommend if you looking to stay in the area.
