The place is good

Pros: The place was ok , the problem was cold water there was no hot water in the shower

Cons: No hot water in showers

Amzing serves amzing people

Pros: The atmosphere of the place is incredible; it genuinely feels like being on a magical island, completely removed from everything else.

Cons: If you look at the website and the photos, it gives the impression that there is a lot of entertainment for kids—such as a games room, rock climbing, go-karts, and more. However, when you arrive, many of these facilities are no longer available or are out of service. I think this should be clearly communicated before a booking is made, or the website should be updated with accurate information.

Amazing

Pros: The staff is amazing..I suggested this place and once I have booked my friends told me they saw bad reviews and were skeptical to go there..When we got there they were surprised at how beautiful the place was and nothing close to the bad reviews..The place is clean and beautiful..the views are amazing and the pool is cleaned daily..I need to speak about the breakfast, mouth watering and very filling..I loved everything..The rooms were clean.Really worth every cent

Pros: Friendly host, Maggie, was exceptional. She made us feel right at home.

Cons: We had the rooms nearest to the water tanks, of which the pumps are running 24 hours, sounding right into the rooms

Some small upgrades can make this place thee destination.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff kept the place tidy at all times. Isaac the Mr fix came to fix things that we reported same time. Bruce lee made sure the pool was sparkling and clean. Maggie assisted with any quiries. Maryna the sweetest host received us with open arms, kind hearted person.

Cons: The cutlery and crockery need an upgrade. The mugs had chip and cracks in them. More condiments must be available, the salt and sugar was little wet. Need more toiletpaper in toilets in cabanas.

Pros: Interesting conception of the house on the tree. Also Maggie was very helpful and friendly

We had a great stay since we had booked activities outside of the beach island so we only spent little time at the beach

Pros: We liked the campy vibes of the tents and the area. Their breakfast was very delicious and filling and our host Kathy was great she even recommended surrounding restaurants with great food and free deliveries and we definitely enjoyed the food at Kuir’s restaurant.

Cons: The Wi-Fi network has to be improved since some of the tents (like the one we booked) don’t have tv’s. So having poor internet connection was a bummer.

I really enjoyed staff were so helpfully, Katy, Trevor and Bruce

Pros: I liked all the tourist attractions were not far and were central. I went to Gorge, Lisbon Falls and Sabie in a day.

Cons: I so wish the owner of Beach Island Graskop can renovate the place. His got a very good space in actually fact that place can cater everybody. My main point is renovation.

My stay was exceptional.
