It was amazing

Pros: The bedroom, the bathtub with the jacuzzi was amazing, almost didn’t leave my room because of it 🤣🤣🤣 The view from the pool was amazing looked like I was in a rain forest in Brazil 🥰🤏🏽

Cons: The WiFi didn’t work at all 😢

My stay at the place was enjoyable

Pros: I didn't have the breakfast. The location of the place is in a quite neighborhood, good for relaxation.

Cons: They could look into having vehicle shelters. Security at the gate for the safety of guests.

Harties Getaway

Pros: Location was amazing. Terrance was incredible, always at our service. Very kind and willing to help. Value for money, great view of the Hartebeespoort Dam from our balcony.

Cons: Slow Wi-Fi connection. The shower head could have been better. Water only came out of three holes, and the rest weren't releasing anything, so it made it difficult to shower. The ventilation in the bathroom only got switched on the night before we left, so it was stuffy most of the time. We had to keep the door open. Lastly, our curtain was fixed, but it fell off again. It would be great to put curtain stoppers on each side of the railing.

Pros: Location is great and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist.. the place is amazing, beautiful rooms and that aircon was majestic.

Cons: Door handles for our balcony need to be fixed, our shower was not working ok,theshower head needs to be replaced.. the pool needs cleaning, the water was not clean and we were looking forward to swimming... the entertainment area needs a touch up especially the pool table

Pros: Serene setting, privacy, hospitality of staff. Very helpful when u needed something. Cleaning of room on a daily basis. I loved the bath in the room, stunning. The place is neat and well managed.

Cons: The lack of plugs for the kettle. We had to remove the fridge plug and place the kettle on the floor, but after asking for a extention cord the problem was resolved, the fridge that froze our stuff, I have bite marks but I'm not sure if it was spiders or something else.

Pros: Terrence was amazing 👏 The Modern Design was beautiful and also the Bath and Shower.

Cons: The door didn't close properly so insects were able to come in. And the shower leaks.
