Peaceful vacation

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and took very good care of me. The place is beautiful and quiet too

Pros: This was such a great place! We had a really poor experience checking into a local Airbnb with no electricity and generally a very unclean and unsafe space, and had to find an alternative within a couple of hours. Walking into Vida Nova felt like a paradise at that point. Amanda was welcoming, warm and very keen to make sure we have everything we need. The facility was clean, very comfortable, and safe, quiet and well protected from bugs and mosquitos. The view from the terrace is over the crocodile river and we could hear the hippos all the time. The restaurant is great, food is amazing, and so is the bar & frappes. And the pool! The only thing to comment on is the fact that the rooms are up some steep stairs and we had to carry our heavy luggage up & down ourselves.

Pros: We were staying over Christmas and had a lovely time! Staff was always very helpful with all kinds of requests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was really good too! Would recommend staying here. Thank you for making our stay wholesome :)

Best location, food & got to see animals at Vida Nova

Pros: The food was delicious!!!! Our host Deli was just awesome. From her friendliness to constantly checking in with us during the stay to ensure everything was perfect!!!! Location was excellent, got to see animals all around Marloth park (Kudu, springbok & a giraffe) & being across the Crocodile river, we could get sightings of the hippos. So close to the Crocodile & Malelane entrance gates to the Kruger park which was so convenient. Really enjoyed our stay !!!!! Thanks to the team at Vida Nova !!!!!

Comfortable and well appointed - a relaxing night's stay in a good location

Pros: The property was very stylish and room very comfortable. Lovely bathroom. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Deli was exceptional with her welcome, friendliness and attention to detail.

Cons: We couldn't consume our own drinks on the premises eg at dinner. A bit far from Kruger gates - but we knew that :)

Great staff, great location.

Pros: The staff was great. She informed us about the power outage. And kept us informed. And managed to make arrangements for us to move because they couldn't get the power on. She really was great!

It was very pleasant for one night but I don't think we would rush back to stay again.

Pros: Breakfast and location was good. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: We were in a suite and the lighting around the bathroom area was very poor. No lighting at the mirrors and I didn't think the suite was worth the price. No tea in the rooms or milk and no regular coffee. Only cappuccino sachets. Milk could have been put in the fridge provided.
