The Villa

Pros: Everything! Beautiful accommodation,friendly host, and we even received an upgrade on the room which was perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool down in the extremely hot weather. We received a voucher for breakfast which was delicious as well. Very happy with the stay and we will recommend the accommodation for our future travels.

Cons: Everything was perfect but the hard bed.

Almost perfect...

Pros: 1. This property is top notch. 5 star quality. Immaculate bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and outdoor living area. 2. It has a lock up garage ...which is great (although this time it wasn't working) 3. The breakfast partnership with Spur is a great bonus 👌 4. This will be my preferred place to stay in Musina ...hence I have taken the time to write this review

Cons: 1. The check-in experience was terrible and really at tangent with the absolute quality of the house. I suggest a live-in admin person to handle guests both at check in and check out. That 1 change will make this the most sought after property in Musina 2. The security can be enhanced by ensuring that ground staff do their work outside of guest arrival times and perhaps more visible security personnel outside the premises 3. There were stains on the sheets ...again perhaps some sloppiness...which can be easily remedied 4. Wi-fi credentials can be left in the rooms themselves. This change can be done immediately
