A thoroughly enjoyable weekend - we will not hesitate to visit again.

Pros: The location is great within walking distance to the main street and restaurants. The cottage has everything you require for self-catering, including gadgets you only find in your own home. The owners parents were so friendly and communicated information about the village. The lush garden with all the birds was a bonus for us. The on-line photos are accurate of reality.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Suikerbekkie is perfectly located—close to town and within easy walking distance, yet quiet and relaxing. The place was spotless, very spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The two fireplaces were a wonderful bonus and made the stay extra cosy. The beautiful garden with abundant bird life added to the peaceful atmosphere and was a real highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Suikerbekkie to anyone visiting Dullstroom.

lots of space, nice garden, nice fireplace, enjoyed entire stay

Pros: not far away from the main road but in a very quite area of private houses, we travelled to this place when it was very cold and the fire place and everything was prepared and ready for usage if required, it got very cold but we are used to this and did not need the fire for heating, its recommended to use if cold is a problem for you, liked the place a lot, parking big enough for our SUV, great garden

A magnificent stay

Pros: We loved the spacious layout, the 2 fireplaces on very cold days made it cosy and comfortable. Gudrun supplied us with extra wood. The cottage looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It had everything we needed and so much more! We will definitely be back!
