Pros: Beautiful, modern rooms and finishing touches. Security is good.

Cons: Electricity, no backup. When electricity goes, water also stops. Improve backup solutions to electricity and water. Receptionist eating in the front desk. Not giving attention to the guest when at the front desk.

Pros: Friendly staff. Traveled as a group of four, so we were all able to sleep in the family room.

Cons: One of the beds was really uncomfortable.

Our stay was fantastic — we really enjoyed it.

Pros: I loved everything about the place—the room, the environment, the reception, and the staff. It’s all just amazing. Whoever designed the interior did an incredible job.

Cons: There isn’t much I can say I don’t enjoy about the place. However, one thing I’ve noticed is that the pictures on the website need to be updated.
