Everything was perfect except the ones mentioned above other than that had nice stay there. If I could come to Pretoria

Pros: Everything was perfect but the only problem have encountered was internet. I was battle with internet connection think must have a WiFi or home router. I think that internet establishment is area of great concern.

Cons: Channels subscriptions, please activate channels so we could be able to watch television.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. Rooms and the facility is neat and clean and they really take care making sure it stays that way. The pool is also clean and well kept. I took a long swim on a hot day.

Cons: I was in one of the rooms right by the gate and gets fairly noisey with the gate opening and closing all the time. I initially thought it was a problem with the air-conditioned and ventilation system as it sounds like a small aircraft taking off every time the gate opens and closes. The mattresses are also really hard for my taste, but then again I am used to soft mattresses as choice.

Pros: We have stayed at the property 3 times already, happy all three times. The staff are friendly, the room is neat and comfortable, they offer a laundry service that we appreciate. Overall happiness from us.

Cons: Pillows are a bit hard but that is just my personal preference. Toilet roll holder falls over and roll falls on the floor.

Pros: The room is nice and spacious, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Separate entrance, friendly staff.

Cons: When we arrived, we found the toilet blocked we had to use the toilet in the reception area every time as the plumber could not come at that specific time around 19.45

Pros: Very clean and the latest tech amenities make life easy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming

Pros: It is super clean, smell brand new and very modern. There are snacks to buy in reception that is super handy. We came all the way from Cape Town and this place was just a great start for our visit.

Pros: The place is very clean with lots of parking space. They have a beautiful pool area away. The budget room is spacious enough too. The staff is very friendly and they respond quickly.

Pros: The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and room service was excellent. The area is quiet, very private, and perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend.
