Amazing accomodation!

Pros: Amazing accomodation. The best! Everything was to perfection. Special treats like sherry for the cold evening was so much apprecated. Best bathroom ever!!!

A tranquil spot with memorable details.

Pros: We absolutely adored our stay. The owners were fantastic and friendly. The place was so neat and clean and spacious. One of the great advantages is just how cool the rooms are, and lofty too! We felt so well taken care of. As many other reviewers have noted, the bathroom is a luxury. The little things count too: chocolates on the bed, daily housekeeping, a little sherry by the fireplace. When you wake up and open the curtains, you look onto a green wall which makes you feel immersed in nature.

Cons: There really wasn't anything to note. I didn't like that we had to leave

What a Find. Stunning!

Pros: What a find, friendly and very accommodating hosts. Absolutely stunning with attention to detail from the gardens to the cottages. Been visiting Dullstroom for years now and Big Oak is by far our favorite go to place now.

Pros: The small attention to details were highly commendable.

Cons: Not a criticism on the accommodation at all, but there were a lot of mosquitoes (know that it is very seasonal) Perhaps a bottle of mosquitoe room spray could be placed in the room for the presumed occasional infestation.
